Hi everyone 👋 –

I know it’s been a minute since I’ve dropped into your inbox. Life has been wonderfully chaotic, and I’ve been deep in some exciting projects. But I’m back with something I think you’re really going to enjoy.

I just [recorded a podcast](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QCgFzUyCo%5Fs&ref=kevinrose.com) with my longtime friend [Anish Acharya](https://x.com/illscience?ref=kevinrose.com), who’s now a General Partner at Andreessen Horowitz. We go way back – we worked together at Google – and somehow we’ve never actually sat down and recorded a conversation together until now.

We covered a ton of ground:

- How the “like” button came into existence
- What consumer investing really looks like
- The rise of “vibe coding” and why creativity is about to become the most valuable skill in a world
- The weird future of AI-powered recording devices (and why they make everyone uncomfortable)

It truly is a wild time to be alive, one where anyone with curiosity and creativity can single-handedly build anything they desire. I hope you walk away with some inspiration and new tools! Give it a listen and let me know what you think.

Be well,
